Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

think the 113k motor can handle a 50 shot every now and then till I get the other motor built? I always get antsy... Short ram and true duals are all thats been done to this thing that Im aware of and obviously Id get it chipped for the 50 shot.

don't be a *****, go 100. seriouslly though if the motor is running good and has no problems a 100 shot would be no problem on that motor. just make sure it's tuned right. i wouldn't tell anyone i had nitrous if i only had 50 on it. you could stick your arm out the window and pick up that much.

As long as the pump says 111 like at Baytown, you'll almost be in the clear! lol

Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

So, uh, what did the OP start out wanting to know? lol

I didn't even realize there was a 4th page until after I posted, so now my previous post makes no sense.

This is the N/A v6 btw, running 10's on a mere 125 shot. He's going to up it to 250.

Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

Hey the wheel stand and video you guys posted are from 2 different tracks. The pic is Baytown, and the video is No Problem Raceway. When the video was done at no problem that was the first time it had been to the track in that form.

I can't say for sure, but I'm think that the pic has been around a wee bit longer than the video.

I could be wrong, I mean, how many black mustangs go drag racing anyway? :dunno:

Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

well my daddy's friend's uncle's wife's brother's friend's cousin, went that fast with a N/A v6...looks like they got a little money in that car. and 10.0 is a long way away from low 7s which is what that black car ran on nitrous

I believe that fox is a member on here. If not, we have a member on here with a fox that I believe is the same color and it is running 9s. However....that car has a lot of money in it. We also have a v6 member on here running 10s...and he too has a lot of money in his.

Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

well since sparkplug was one of the team members and they raced all over the country, he is bound to have media from more than one track, i was wrong i thought it was a pic from the wheelstand. the owner is a personal friend of ours, i assure you no bull**** here, it later got painted blue with real flames and had a turbo the size of your v6 strapped to it.

Re: 8.8 or 9" rear?

ok so you are trying to make an argument with a car that has tens of thousands of dollars in R&D and runs 10s???funny how people think thiers can run 10s when this guy developed the 4.3 stroker kit...he has a few resources. like i said in a previous post, anything can be done with money, but that caliber car in a v8 would run 8s
