So i have an automatic, it has 104,000 miles on it and when I'm driving it hesitates to change gears. I'll be driving and the tachometer is stuck so i have to give it some gas for it to pick up and change. Sometimes it even feels like the car is slowing down then changes gears. What could be causing this? Also, whenever i turn my steering wheel to the right there is a clicking sound and when i turn it back, what is that? thanks!

Well, when was the last time you changed the transmission fluid and filter?Have you recently had over heating problems?I sounds like it's slipping and thats bad.Changing the filter and using synthetic transmission fluid might fix it possibly.Does your rpms increase, without an increase
in your speed?
