engine giving out?

My stang did something really weird, and i think my motor is ab to give out, i turned on my car and then i put it on reverse expect it wouldnt go? And my car sound like it was turning off on me so i put it on N and rev it a couple a times to keep it running then it was fine

Check your battery terminal connecters... Mine did the same thing and i replaced the connectors now its good as new

Any lights on the dash? Any weird smells? Clean air filter? Check the spark plugs? Check connections on battery and alternator.

Well i did notice my headlights flicker alot

Yeah, I would go ahead and check the battery connections, and have your Battery and alternator checked, 90% of automotive places check battery and alternator for free.

Autozone does, Oreilys does, Advance auto parts, all of em usually do.

It definitely sounds like battery or alternator.
