SES light throws code

Took my car and had it scanned said it was "blocked or dirty air pump. The car
Has had headers put on and performance exhaust with 3 inch pipes plus a mass air
Flow system. We dont even see an air pump, i know whereit should be but with the huge kandn filter i do believe the air pump was deleted (bought it a week ago). Can this be by-passed to stop SES Light

99-00 have a secondary air Injection system in the passenger fender well right near where the intake filter is

The smog pump on newer cars is electric. It mounts on the passenger side frame rail. It's easier to get to it through the wheel well with the shield off.
