O2 Sensor Question

Got rid of EVAP CEL codes and am still throwing 1131 code for 02 sensor. Light was on for past three years and am just wondering if I should buy the sensor instead of dicking around with cleaning and testing it. Any input?

after pulling the code up on my comp i'd say might as well...if it was a downstream code we could work with that but upstreams are pretty much replace
