Help!?

can I put a 1999 motor in a 1994 body( 3.8 same size) without changing stuff like the o2 sensor and mass air flow and chip? or will they just fit right in there smoothly?

I heard you could do it but the only thing is your check engine light would be on and I really don't care of my check engine light is on but can I make the transition without changing the others?

you could just use the new 3.8 block and use your old 3.8's heads and intake.
You wouldn't gain much. just a different balancing system and a SLIGHTLY different cam.

best swap you could do is probably 4.2 swap. You can re-use your old heads and intake. The power was very noticeable when I did it.
