Sounds to me like you have two issues there.
1. Find out where the leak is coming from and fix it first. Maybe weather stripping is worn/torn. You could use a garden hose to diagnose and then repair. You don't want to put new to you leather seats in your ride and then get wet.
2. Check out craigslist/ebay/local shops to find something in your price range. Also check out the for sale section of this site. Never know, something may pop up.

Check your local salvage yard. If you have deep pockets, try eBay. Shipping may kill you, though

I know how you feel, being 16 myself. I agree with 06gt though. Try the for sale section. You never know what may pop up. But you so know you can use any seats from a 94-98 mustang, right?

They're different. I believe you need different brackets. I'm not entirely sure though, so don't take my complete word on it. Maybe someone else will chime in

This is similar to the ones I had in my mustang, I thought they were comfortable and looked good, but I used a seatbelt like normal I didn't run them in the center section

Yeah. You sit up like an inch or two higher. Easier to get in and out

I would never buy a no name seat. I've seen too many break and most of them start warping. I just got done installing corbeau lg1 seats in my car and they are beyond awesome. The stock brackets are stupid imo. With the corbeau brackets the seat doesn't move at all even with a big guy and high g-force. It's a night and day difference. You really get what you pay for. You can get the standard size corbeaus for 1129$ ish. Big guy versions are a bit more. I'm sure its out of your price range, just want to chime in. You always get what you pay for.

Have you tried taking your seats to a mom And pops shop to get an estimate on redoing your seats in leather. They will look like new for a decent price.

You should be good up to 2004. There are several people running the 03/04 terminator seats in 94-98 cars
