Well I guess you'll find out if they are plug and play or not. Most of the ones I've seen for 94 - 04 Mustangs are plug and play.

Its not plug and play you have to splice into your wires with the two wires connected to the actual light, sodder them in and wrap with electrical tape. Its super simple.

the new raxioms are made to hold HID temps the 94-04's were not...use them at your own risk on that point.

i've seen them melt the projectors so yes i wouldn't risk it in them. If anything just toss in some Sylivania ZXE bulbs...about as bright as you're gonna be able to get non HID.

have you considered why the guy is wanting to trade for stock?

I got projectors and they are way brighter than my factory headlights. I had extreme Phillips 9007 bulbs in the factory and the projectors are still brighter. I traded my factory for projectors to some guy on craigslist so far I like the projectors. People think I have my high beams on when I don't and they flash me. No I don't have HIDs.

i've never seen aftermarket projectors brighter then stock halogens in oem housings so i'd assume either phillips isn't as good as they claim or your old headlights were far from clear. in the end though it comes down to if you like the look of them or not.
