Missing computer results

Hi, I have an 03 v6 that it started missing between 40 and 60 MPH, is like someone
is pulling the plug wires. I cleaned the mass air sensor at the throttle body and it helped just a hair, and then my neighbor put hand computer and it showed the oxygen sensor was bad, so he reset it and it helped a lot, but is still there.
NOW!!! Big question, which one is it? there is (2) of them.
I would appreciate if someone help me.

Thank you very much,

Jorge

If you read it with a code reader then it should tell you in the description/title wether it was upstream or downstream
