+1 on the hood scoop. I hate the non scooped hoods. Just keep an eye on ebay for a good deal on one that matches the color of your car. My car is also mineral grey and I found one off a saleen for like $125, color matched perfectly and I like the insert better than the honey comb lol.

I got my hood scoop from AM. They are only $109, it was quite the pain in the *** to get install and make sure it was perfect.

a template that sucks. Measure and mark with a dry erase. Test it several times before you start drilling. It really was quite a headache.

+10000..

Four sets of eyes said that i put my template spot on, buy now I have an extra 7 holes in my hood about 1/8 an inch off. At least the scoop covers them up.

Haha, I have a couple extra holes. Those templates arent the best. Probably would habe been better off making my own.

Not a fan of the GT hood scoop. I like the other on AM offers, the one with the non rounded edges, looks meaner. Just wish they came prepainted :'(

One of the guys here bought the one from am for his mustang. It doesnt flow with the hood and looks really cheap. In person it just doesnt look right. Actually it kinda looks like those ones that people slap on the hood of thier pickups.

I would like a few more options, maybe one similar to the gt scoop, but a couple inches longer and slightly more agressive. All in all I think I made the right choice by getting the oe style scoop.
