Im guessing hes asking about number 2 which isnt that where the speedo cable goes? Or what ever it is on the new cars

I just looked at that for 10 minutes and have no idea what that could be lol. I'd say it's maybe a plug to cover up a drain plug or speedo cable/neutral sensor/temp sensor for another application of the transmission, but I'm probably way off.
