Coilovers

Are coilovers from other cars able to bolt on to ours? I wanna go on coils but don't want to spend 1300 bucks for a full kit, rather buy used.

I know a buddy if mine did it I guess u just gotta know if the bolt pattern will align with the spindle holes and also check the width that you have to work with , because if its to wide when the suspension flexes it will run the tires
