04 Hood Vents

Hey, I'm new to the forum, andI have an 04 with the reverse hood scoop. I really like the look but I am wondering if it would be possible to add the "hood vents" from the 2013 hood. I know I would have to custom fit them, but has anyone ever done it? Or does anyone see some major flaws in my thinking? Lol

That would be a custom job and pricey. I think it would be cheaper buying and aftermarket hood. Or you can get the saleen hood which looks sort of like thay

I think if you buy some vents like it and get someone to paint them the same color as your car or even leave them a black would look sweet. You could probably get it done at a body shop for a decent price

Thanks guys! I found them on AM for roughly 150. But I only saw, carbon fiber and billet. Do you know of where I can find the inserts plain primer color so I can have them painted. Also, would putting those on/in my hood hurt anything if it rained?

No idea but ill look around also. And it shouldn't unless you have open wires. Or your filters under the hood instead of in the fender
