A lightweight rotating assembly, driveshaft, etc. Anything to reduce weight will make it respond quicker. Also other to like gears etc help as well.

You could upgrade your trans gears or replace your 7.5 rear end with an 8.8, then choose from 3.55, 3.73, or 4.10 rear end gears.

I've done a tune, cai, msd coil, full exhaust, and copper plugs. I don't imagine my throttle response could get much better.

The MSD coil pack has made the biggest difference in throttle response for me. And that's not due to an old pack, as the MSD replaced a brand new (couple weeks) Motorcraft pack.

I got my msd from am. I highly recommend it. I was very sceptical, but it was worth it.
