All my problems

So I'm new and I just bought a 2000 v6 from this older guy and I mean old. Now his son has been driving it for the past 2 years and he thought he was a mechanic or something he has popped all the fasteners in the interior ( door panel, window and unlock buttons all don't have the little plastic fasteners anymore and are all screwed down I have looked around from AM to local auto parts stores and it looks like I am going to have to replace all that. Now for what I need your help with......Has anyone ever ripped the E Brake.? I understand its bolted down with three bolts two in the back one in from t well my front one is ripped from the floorboard. How do you fix this I can't seem to figure this out please help

I'd say if u can't re-thread where the bolts were move it slightly and drill new holes. Then use the proper fastener to lock it down again. That what I would try.
