codes r us

P1000 P.A.P.S. problem
P0340 C.P.S replaced and timed at shop
P0135 02 could care less
P0130 02 could care less
P0141 02 could care less
P0156 02 could care less
P0161 02 could care less
P0401 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected
P0131 lack of h2o switch sensor indicates lean
I recently added shorty cat. conv. to the duel exhaust. I did not put them as far away as the manufacture suggested. Could this cause the two bottom codes? I did not have codes before the converters were added and the front o2's worked fine.
Can the car be data logged with the o2's not working properly?

Isn't that a o2 sensor code? Please explain.
I am not good at the smiles , they just look fun to incorporate.

yes you have an upstream running lean. this usually mean a leak of some sort more so then a faulty sensor
