More air=more fuel no way around it lol. Thats the con of having a fast car. Id get a 4v, a lot more potential but i can respect wanting to keep yours and do something different

Yeah more fuel used on wot, not cruising around, by the way a KB blower will require a lot more work than just a centri blower for install, harder to get more power out of it also since it wouldn't be intercooled..

Honestly don't see the point in dumpin 4-5k on a supercharger on ur car to beat a bolt on gt? Even if you beat him he'll just say u had to dump crazy money into it not impressed. Now if you we're to buy a cobra he would be the one wanting to supercharge and be jealous

This is starting to sound like the ol' "why dont you just sell it and buy a gt/cobra/lamborghini gallardo" thread , but its a valid point. especially if your doing this for economy...

It is possible but do you really want to spend twice three times the amount of building the v6 than to buy a 4v stock what you want?

Unless you're pockets are that deep, and you have time aplenty. What the heck? It would be WAY cheaper just to swap motors. But then it would be more cost effective and practical to just buy a cobra

CAN, but there's a reason people don't attempt it. It's so much cheaper to do a swap, get a gt with bolt ons, or a 4v

Well, let us know how that goes. And just letting you know, if you really want your V6 to be as fast as a cobra, it WILL be dangerous to drive on the road and you will have to do some illegal things depending in where you live. If you wanted to do that here in CA your insurance will go up insanely and you'd have to pay up the a$$ to get a smog check.

I could buy me a mach 1 with that money. If I'm not mistaken, it was a factory 12 second car

It will beat a stock cobra with enough money and work, but then again how many Cobras are stock? If you are talking about a Termi then a pulley swap and they are putting 450+ to the wheels easily.

We aren't being stubborn GT owners, we are just being realistic.

I'm a triple V6 owner and I think this is ludicrous

You are. They are fast but not that fast. And if he wants to have a 2015 gt and make this car his project car let him do it lol. It's his money.

My bad. It's a factory mid 13 second car with a decent driver and a high 13 to low 14 second car in an automatic.

We're just giving him out honest opinions, not telling him not to do it

This doesnt make since lol but I dont blame him, if you really like your car keep it and fix it up. He might spend more money on his car than it takes to buy a termi just to keep up with one. This guy must really like his sixxer.
