Cylinder 3 misfire

I have cylinder 3 misfire on my 2003 v6 mustang, i have performance msd wires and ngk iridium plugs I put on about four months and my car ran great till today. I have never changed the ignition coil since iv bought this car about 9 months ago, is that my issue? New coil?

Check your coil pack. Shine a light inside where you plug the wires in to see if its good or not. Then check the wires and plugs. Bad coil pack can mess up wires and plugs

See any white spots on the number 3 wire? If so it's signs of arching, you can also run the car in complete darkness and look for any arching that way, just something to check
