Exhaust price

Okay, so I have a stock 99-04 exhaust. Has exhaust manifolds no mufflers or tail pipes. Any idea how much it's worth? It's sitting in my backyard and I don't want to junk it. It's in pretty good shape. Only 20k miles on it. I could use some mod money haha

That's just the cats and y pipe, the manifold is connected to the car. But someone might buy that for $50-100, seems in pretty good shape!

I have the manifolds as well, just not bolted up to the exhaust. I'm gonna try for $175 so then they can talk me down from there. Also, are the valve covers for the sn95 compatible with the new edge? I like them because they say Ford and I can get them painted.

You probably won't get anything out of the midpipe, The catalytic converters are worth the most. maybe cut them out and sell them on Craigslist or something. Could probably get $80-100 per cat.

Exactly why I said to just cut them out. Cats have precious metals in them that are expensive also.

Or I know a guy whose uncle owns an exhaust shop. I can just ask him if he wants them so he can charge someone else up the a$$ to put in some new cats on their ride

They charge an arm and a leg for simple stuff.

Anyone know if the cats will fit a fox body GT? I just remembered that a buddy of mine needed some cats

The midpipe won't, but the cats can be welded in probably

Alright! I got some good news for my friend then. He can't pass smog but now he can. I'd rather he be able to drive his mustang than me getting mod money.
