shift plus?

Just got one but know nothing about them. got it for free today never heard of it before today. How do u install it? Is it worth it?

What is it? A shift kit for an auto? Or liker a Shifter for a manual?

B&m shift plus its a tranny mod apparently supposed to help improve reaction time on the transmission but not sure as i said

A jmod is best for these cars and its free too I love it I have a car with a jmod and another stock it's night and day

I wouldn't put a shift kit in a pony it will just add stress to the transmission it's better to do a jmod in my opinion it's easy and better for ur car. All u need is some drill bits and the no how.

What does it do for the car? Is it for both manual and auto?

And add a stiffer shift its like adding a shift kit but without adding n e thing ur only going to mod ur separator plate in ur transmission nothing hard but very messy.
