Very little noticeable gains if any at all, mainly a sound choice I would prefer a pro chamber mid pipe.

no real gains just a shift in the power band depending on midpipe...my personal favorite is none of thost..i prefer mac prochambers

i have had both x and h with lomgtubes and gt500 mufflers, the x is a hair better for performance but the h sounds so dam good, x is raspy , but u said for performance so x is the way to go

I got divorced and it's louder than a h pipe and not raspy like a x pipe.

Yes divorced is the loudest..h is the deepest...x is the raspiest...and pro chamber is loud and deep
