Ugh My Car is Starting To Give Me Problems

Ok, all of the sudden my car is sounding like its taking a turn for its worse. For starters as soon as I accelerate I hear some rattling under the driver side near the wheel well. Second every time I turn my wheeL at idle to the left or right my car drops RPM, third idk if I should just try to keep and try to maintain this car OR try to sell it before problems get worse and buy a GT

The acceleration issue could be a cracked exhaust manifold. Take a look at it. It's a PITA to replace though and you'll need the gasket as well. I have both manifold and gasket if needed or you can upgrade to headers. The wheel turning could be normal because of the power steering. You did fill it with transmission fluid right? An if you're wanting to get more power I suggest you sell and buy a GT if you just want a regular DD stick with the 6

Should I continue upgrading and fixing my car that I drive now? Or would I be better off just to sell the car and get a newer stang?

Upgrade to a GT homie, love your car, but I know how bad u want a GT, and with the low miles that are on your 6er now, you could probably get a decent penny towards a NE GT before any major problems arise..your car did do a lot of sitting at one point so it is a bit more prone to running into future problems quicker..but this is a decision that would have to lay soley on you my dude..good luck with whatever you choose to do Joe!

Honestly ur so right. And my idea was to fixer her up, I prob have a better chance selling my car and upgrade too a GT manual. My car now has 82k on it and recently had a tune up, tranny seviced, new tires, paint job, etc. how much do you think it's worth to sell?

Very true! I think it's the 94-98 sn95's that are ugly and the s197's also and the 74's

I dont feel any stangs are ugly, but those years do look kind of bland to me, thats why you get appearance mods to spice it up a bit though then they look good.

It's 9k plus taxes and interest well over 10k. I wouldn't do it, try and get one private seller

Welcome to NJ haha, that's gonna be one of the best prices he's gonna find with that low miles/condition, at a dealer..will find cheaper privately but I know I didn't have thousands laying around to put out all at once..
