coincidence or a short?

So I noticed today that the bulb on both my tail lights..the bulb closest to my plate is out..is it normal for that to happen I mean obviously bulbs burn out but kinda coincidental the same bulb on both lights r out..happened to anyone before?? Or no big deal?

They only light up when your headlights are on. Not for brake or turn signal.

Oh damn...thanks. Im glad i dont have to take off the tail lights now

my dad thought the same thing when he was following me yesterday. he said two of your brake lights are out and I go no that's how they are without the marker/headlights on. so you're not alone lol
