Stock to upgraded flowmaster exhaust

I drive an 01 V6 with a stock exhaust and am investing in this cat-back American thunder flowmaster dual exhaust.

Flowmaster 17432 Cat-back System - Dual Side Exit - American Thunder - Moderate/Aggressive Sound:Amazon:Automotive

Has anyone put this on their V6? It seems easy to install, just connect it to the Y pipe. Does anyone else run this setup? Is it worth the money?

I've heard it's best for our cars sound wise to get an H-pipe

How hard would it be to put an H pipe on? And how much would it cost?

Yeah that's what the exhaust is. I don't want to try to find another exhaust to fit an H pipe because I've already done so much research on it and should be pretty satisfied with this.

well hate to burst your bubble but that's a truck exhaust....won't fit your car. also that's a lot of money...for a lot less you could have a true dual exhaust made just saying

Or do all side exit exhausts not fit on my car?

if you want side exit you'll need something like this due to the muffler slots under the car...

Roush Mustang SM01 Side Exit Exhaust Kit (99-04 Mustang GT ; Bullitt ; Mach-1 ; Cobra)

or get a custom setup made. i've had side exhaust before with no mufflers and a mac prochamber...sounded ok but to be honest i hated having side pipes...really got annoying after a few months
