As for weight, use what's specified for your vehicle, as for synthetic oil, Mobil 1 will be fine, oil filter stick with motorcraft

quaker is junk...i wouldn't even put it in a mower. penzoil is decent...as for track use to be honest any synthetic will be fine for what your sixxer is pushing even if you track it daily.

id read up on oil studies online...asking others their likes and dislikes is good, but for an in depth look into pros and cons a google search would probably be more helpful.

no biggie. to be honest my GT got nothing buy royal purple or mobil 1 and i can't tell any difference in how the car acts from using motorcraft in my current v6. now granted the detergents in the higher end oils claim to do much more, but for a DD/weekend warrior is it worth the extra $60+ an oil change. really just up to you

Honestly from the first time I got the oil changed from whatever the previous owner had in my 07 GT to RP. I felt it ran a little better. Had a little more pep in its step. It could of just been all in my head but thats what it felt like when I drove it. When I have to change my oil on the 13...getting close..and im gonna do it myself this time. Hubs is gonna teach me so I can learn to change my own oil...I will run RP. Expensive but my 07 GT ran great on it.....has outstanding reviews and A LOT of people recommend it. As far as which oil vs which oil comparisons yea you need to look it up online. You can spend days researching

I would recommend a k&n oil filter and royal purple, it's what I've been using for years and no problems. I am able to redline higher without smelling the oil burning
