Headers

I'm thinking on getting some long tube headers. I was jst wondering about what kind work is gonna be required installing these. Is it something where I can jack the car up in the driveway and spend an afternoon doing it? Or it is alot more than that?

Gotta hoist up the engine. I believe some have tried leaving it in but its a huge hassle. Lt's are the most difficult type of exhaust to work with. And if you have a manual car it gets in the way when you need to change out the clutch

Shorties is a pretty easy install. Pretty much bolt up to stock manifolds.
I say not really worth it. Id spend the money on like gears, tuner, or other upgrades that give more gains

if your saving up for a mach 1 and want to have some fun with your V6, buy some LT's and just run open headers, when you sell the V6 you can put your stock exhaust back on.

You would when you keep getting tickets for noise violations
Then finally and they see you've gotten five tickets for noise violations and then they finally do something real about it
