if the tips are just clamped on i'd reccomend that you turn them at an angle more facing outwards. i've run dumped before and you would not believe how much vibration will eventually start happening when the mufflers break in. turn the tips outwards more will eliminate most of it. glad you like the dual setup

and yes i agree pull them up about 3-4 inches

The tips are welded the the camps holding them up

Stock headers we cut they y pipe right after cats so it just straight pipe with two flow master 40s turn down at rear end
