Exhaust Tips

I'm pretty set on what I want done for my exhaust, but I want to hear you guy's opinion about exhaust tips. I'm just gonna put it under the bumper, what do y'all think looks best for that?

on a V6 bumper 2.5-3 in tips sticking out no more than 2-3in from the end. Thats basically what mine looks like

My goal, and I about freaked yesterday because my wife said she actually wants to do it (without me antagonizing her) is to get a GT rear bumper and tuck the tips into it

well you have a few good options...without cutouts i like them dumped at the rear. reminds me of an old school muscle car

you can also just take a dremel tool and cut your v6 rear to handle tips more like a GT rear does...which i like even more

agreed, I like the way mine look, i just like the look of the GT style better everything is all about preference will never matter what someone else says if you don't like it yourself.

Nope what? I'm glad you would rather have a 4.6 but it still doesn't make what he said any less true.

It's my subconscious wanting the V8. It blocks everything else out! I'm a 17 year old kid, I get greedy haha.

Well from having both a v8 and v6 from the same year its really not a big deal since you can only go so fast on a street lol. Now if its a track car I can understand it but yeah I guess the age plays a big roll here.

I don't know man, why would you buy a ***** V8 when you could save up a few more and just a get a big block, or a v10. NO forget all of those save and buy that V16 from cadillac they made back around 2005 as a concept, made over 1000 hp N/A and still managed 20mpg.

I'll keep the V8, but take out the rear seats and make the V16 a mid engine setup!

I've actually thought it would be hella neat to have a mid engine mustang.
I saw a concept that took a half of a 70's mustang and half of a ford GT and they put the them together. I just think it would be awesome to have all the weight on your rear. Must be great for drag racing.
AND THE SOUND!!! could you imagine having oh... lets a say a 351w stroked to 427 and with a big ****ing cam. All of that right behind you.
