you currently have 4 on your car...you will be keeping all 4 unless you remove the two downstreams. if you decide to do that remember you will need to have a tune to kill the code and it will not pass a visual inspection. IMO just leave your o2's alone and worry about the exhaust. are you leaving the cats? if so then the shop doing the exhaust will just cut off the y pipe after the cats and welding up a dual setup. your o2's are never even come close to being bothered in that case.

ah so you're going for a one in two out style. well won't be as loud as a true dual exhaust but will sound much better then stock. you'll be using all your o2's then

That kit doesn't even touch the o2 sensors. I don't think it has cats either, as those are further up by the headers.
The kit will sound better, but it's not real dual exhaust.

It's an h-pipe I believe. Not to sure though. How is it not a real dual exhaust? I have hi-flo cats on mine and all o2 sensors on

AM's v6 exhausts are y piped duals unless they now sell a true dual exhaust. If they do someone link it to me because I'd love to see what they did for a mid pipe replacement. What he means by not a real dual exhaust is the whole one in two out design. Gives the looks of a dual setup but doesn't give the same sound output as a true dual exhaust..which is two completely different pipes from the headers/manifolds back.

well some of those have x-pipes, and some just connect to the Y-pipe.

the 2nd picture looks like and X-pipe. So that's dual exhaust. When it just bolts up to the stock Y-pipe that's when its kinda weird.

Yeah it's an x-pipe. What I'm getting at here is that it is a real v6 dual exhaust, because its my exhaust and it sounds pretty good so I definitely recommend op to get the real dual exhaust instead of the one that bolts on to the y-pipe lol. And op also get headers while you're there. I have BBK headers and the pull pypes x-pipe dual exhaust and I get compliments on the sound. Had a nice low growl to it but its not that loud

At least three times as loud I can tell you that. It's quiet at idle, but once you hit 3k Rpms she screams like a beast
