99-04 Mustang Fog Light Setup like OEM

I need help with finding what's wrong with my fog lights. I set everything to almost OEM but they still don't turn on. I have power to Pin 85 of the Relay and Grounded Pin 86. The power from pin 85 is the Black/white wire from the fog light switch. Pin 30 has power from the battery and pin 87 it going to the left fog light and the right fog light Is spliced into the wire going into the left fog light and both go to ground in different spots of the Chaise. The relay clicks when I turn on the fog lights from the switch but they don't turn on. I need help, is there something I'm missing or what? Please help!

You mean the one that's near the hood latch on the passenger side and the bolt near the battery side? Because that's where I have them now

Yeah that's where I have them and I found out the problem. The wires connecting to the relay weren't connected right. They were only touching a little and they are now working properly now. Thanks for the info though man!!!!! means a lot!!!!
