When I bought them they were "smoked crystal" so I'm not sure...I'd assume they are tinted somehow to get the darknesss? Not the professional though hahaha

I wouldn't shade them, what VHS niteshade does, I presume that's what u use, actually basically spray paints them black, so every pass with the paint is actually knocking your vision distance down more and more, there's a reason they only tint headlights to a certain point, after a certain point it's less sexy and more of a liability for them, trust me I'd love to have mine completely flat black

My rear end is even sexier, in my opinion
; )
Lol
(Especially when the sequentials are going)

Vs
are yours bought or did you tint them?

My headlights were bought from American muscle tinted
I figured I might as well buy them from American muscle, because if I tinted them, I might tint them too much, and that case I would have to buy new headlights anyways

They work perfectly fine for me, American muscle has great products

I looked yesterday and I didn't find any crack and I looked everywhere so I don't think it could be the nose panel...
& for your headlights have you tried to buy any Restoration kits? 10 bucks at auto zone.

Get some New Wipe for your headlights. It works better than any thing on the market.

Disagree, bout a 3m kit awhile back where you actually sand and everything, works amazing
Yeah purely smoked lights would look good on there

I used turtle wax for my tail lights & worked pretty good. Made them shiny again not dull...came with everything you need.

Did you check the two bolts that actually hold the bumper on? There's two on each side behind the fender wall

They would be right here right ? These bolts looks like they are fine but the bumper doesn't connect to anything. It just kinda pops in there?

Yeah they're right behind there and there should be two nuts that you have to bolt onto the screws that go into the holes behind the bumper

Yeah it looks like they are for sure on but there is three of them? & nothing there connects to the bumper itself. You can kinda see in the pic there is just enough room to set the bumper in that little slot by the bolts.

Ohhhh! Then the metal lining on your bumper detached from the plastic. Take off the bumper and try to JB weld it on. It still doesn't explain the headlight though. Pop open your hood and show us where the lights are clipped on

Yeah you can see on the far left bolt has some type of gunk on there like they already tried that lol but here is the clips I missing one on each. The left has a broken peice on the light itself so I can't even put a clip on there..you can see it in the pic.

Anything I put in there falls out because there is nothing to hold it in place in the back. Even when I put a clip in its not keeping the light flush with the hood. It's like my bumper hella needs a face lift hahaha

Maye this pic you can see where the back cracked off

Yeah, basically your bumpers no good. Unless you do some minor surgery on that thing with super glue you'll just need to bite the bullet and get a new bumper. If you lived closer I'd help you out. And the plastic holding the headlight broke so you might need to super glue something together to help it stick to the nose panel

Aww that's sweet of you! My bf hates my car & never helps me with it lol that's ok because I've learned so much, done everything on my own & loooove it! But yeah I was hellla thinking about getting a piece of metal and go from there but **** might as well just buy a new one...mines all jacked up anyways. Get a mean, aggressive looking one maybe? But I haven't found one I like yet!

Yea this forum of people are surprisingly an extremely tight group, we'd help any way we could
Oh and please tell me the bf isn't a ricer lover

What ever bumper you go with, just don't get some stupid body kit, The majority of people on this forum, honestly probably all of them, dislike body kits On stangs, they just don't look right

But then that goes into, it's your car, so you can do what you want

Ricer.... Lol but yeah. Either go with oem which is probably the cheapest GOOD choice because ricer body kits are cheaper and made of crappy material.
If you do go oem go for the GT bumper. Only difference is the fog light cut outs. The v6 bumper has little plastic grilles on them and the GT has no grills on them so you dot have to cut them off if you ever decide to mount fogs on your rice. or if you have money burning in your pocket get a cobra front bumper. Those things look sexy.

Yeah I met some dude at a gas station and he told me to join and I did(: & no surprisingly he drives a 1970 firebird so idk...he says I pay more attention to my car then him & that i love it more then him hehehe I definitely dooo tooo(:

But yeah I know I hate the body kits too. Makes them look too ricey and not American Muscle...Which is what im goin for. I'd only want a front bumper anyways. Hopefully I can find one I like. You have any preferences??

I'm NOT going for the ricer look!!! Lol no no no! I like the Stock one I have now but i want the fog lights. I can't just cut the grille out and put the fog light in? I hella like the cobra but I have Saleen wheels so wouldn't it be stupid if I put a cobra bumper onn??

He sounds like all of our gfs or wife's on here

I also like the cobra front, I do however know mustang people do get alittle snoody over misrepresented parts, like cobra badges on gts and gt on v6
And ect
Saleen/roush looks cool, but the whole car looks different

No, not calling you ricer hahaha. If you're going to get a new bumper get the one labeled GT, they cost the same I believe and they are exactly the same except for those grilles in the front. It won't looks stupid, really. Noddy parts are body parts and they pretty much look good put together. Just depending on what style you have. As long as you don't put a cobra badge or try to label your car a cobra/saleen/roush or anything like that its fine. Body kits are body kits. I personally want to get a cobra rear and front bumper on mine without the cobra lettering. I have "3.8L V6" labeled on my car on the harness bar and strut tower brace so people don't think I'm misbadging

Ok good! Lol no I'm not trying to misrepresent anything, I'm proud of my v6, I just want the looks of a badass mustang. When my motor blew up I tried getting a bigger motor but it didn't happen so I'm not trying to misbadge anything...I'm not like that. I hate getting **** from EVERYONE but I still own it no matter what! I just don't know what will look right.

No I'm not looking to put cobra badges on my ****, it sounds no where near a cobra hahaha I just figured I had to put the Saleen bumper on with a Saleen wheels...but no where my car says Saleen. I think it would still hella bother me though with a cobra bumper. I'm picky hahaha

Yeah I wish my V6 was one that was equipped with the GT bumper so I don't have to Cut the stupid little grill pieces out so I can put my fog lights In

Yeah for some reason the significant other of a Mustang owner isn't very happy, I guess it's because we put so much money into our cars

I've had my Mustang for at most six months, and I've put over $700 into it
And for reference I'm an 18-year-old that works about 30 hours a week, that's a lot of money for a teen
