Why replace the fuel rail? You should try seafome first. It will clean clogged fuel injectors.

Here is a fuel injector pressure calculator.
Injector Selector
It would be better to shove more air in your car because you have a plenty of fuel. Just because you put more fuel in a car does not mean you will get more hp. The computer will realize your car is running rich and slow down fuel pressure. The o2 sensors communicate with the computer and fix this problem. The o2 sensors are kinds like a nose they smell gas not being burnt and wasted out the exhaust. The nose tells your brain to slow down because of excess waste.
Put it this way. I have 50 more hp and the same size injectors.

Go for a under drive pulley, C.A.I. or a different mod. What else interest you to do to your car?

Bigger fuel rails? You plan on making more than 500rwhp?

94-98 are #14
99-00 are #19
01-04 are #21
