Anyone have a good tutorial or write up of how to change the shocks and struts and springs for a 2002 mustang? Any help appreciated!

the rear are easy just unbolt the strut or hock from the a arm n then slowly jack the axle down with a jack be carefull not to go to low or you snap your brake lines next you poke the spring with a crow bar or something to see if its loose n if it is take it out now the front are the hard part because its more difficult to remove te bolts i would suggest pb blaster and a good wrench/ratchet n lowering the front a arm you have to be very carefull not to brake those lines
