exhaust questions! ! help!

I have a 03 v6 divorced dual exhaust with stock gt tail pipes and yesterday my super 10s came in so I put them on they sound great wen I start it but after the pipes warm up its like super quiet like stock exhaust quiet! I was wondering if I should put in headers or a midpipe or take out the cats just to make it noticeably louder ha

take the cats off if you want it to be noticeably louder or go with a prochamber mid pipe. I would say take the mufflers off along with the prochamber but you just bought them and it would kind of be a waste of money so go with the cats. I have mine off along with divorced dual Flowmaster 40s and I love it.

You won't lose torque taking cats off. You will smell gas. V6 doesn't sound great when it gets loud, just keep that in mind before you star Sawzawling cats off

Couple of sixxers here have no cats and they sound beast. If you mean taking the cats off with the stock exhaust then yes it'll sound like crap
