Car problem help

My 2003 v6 reves up the entire time it's in park or neutral! What part is causing this? Idle air control valve ?

I am not 100% sure but I think its a vacuum line


new engine,1.7 rocker arms,Pipes exhaust, shorty cats , shorty headers,under drive and overdrive pulleys,4.2 upper plenum, throttle body spacer, cold air intake, stage one clutch, shorty shifter, and tune. 8.8 in storage

Your throttle body may be stuck open. That could cause that too
