Unhappy I am Having Stang Motor Problems

Had to drive 600 miles in the Stang today. The last leg of the journey was done in limping mode! With 80 miles to go, the car suddenly started sounding as loud as a stock car. I think I have blown out the seal around the manifold. All the loud exhaust noise is coming from the drivers side of the engine compartment. Would anyone agree that it is a manifold leak, or could it be another issue? Figured I'd ask all you experts while I wait on my mechanic friend to get off work later today.

Is there a subtle loss in power along with a slight ticking coming from that side?

I got it fixed. I broke the weld on the exhaust where it connects from the manifold to the pipes. It's all fixed now.
