smog

I there any ways to tell if my 98 stang Wont pass smog. I have a cold air inatke but it still has all the sensor an connections or do I put the oem filter bak

Make sure it has a carb sticker because that's what they check for if anything is aftermarket

It doesn't have carb stickers but I gt it on American and it said it leagl in 48 states

Everything is illegal is Soviet California. You might pass smog with just two cats but not with the intake or with a service engine light on

You can pass with an intake it just needs a carb sticker
