What kind of exhaust can I gt that will pass smog in California

Yes! As long as it has cats your good. If it says off road or o/r then it has no cats and that will not pass smog.

You can cut it right after the cats and make it true duel exhaust

Even sometimes catted midpipes won't pass. But anything after is legal
