Guage instal help

Installing the reverse glow gauges from AM and it says to connect the red wire to the large gray one (done) and to ground or connect the black one to the ground or black wire on the connector. Where is this black ground wire supposed to go other than being grounded? I don't see a black one... Help please!

My second set of those guages starting dying yesterday. I lost the lights on the speedo and tach. Looks like I get to by another set and install them yet again.
