That is awesome! You should do a 0-60 test and exhaust tone before and after the swap.

That is sick! How much boost are you planning to run and what is your hp goal?

If you're not putting forged rods/pistons in it and its "low" mileage (70k or less) I wouldn't even bother rebuilding just run with it and save money.

Well the tac was ripped out of the dash, but it looked like 86,xxx but I think I might just replace bearings rings n seals n whatnot to be on the safe side, I work at ford, so I'm gonna checkout my pricing on the OEM parts, cause there's realy no benificial aftermarket ones other than headgadket and headbolts right?

I prefer ford mls over failpro crap, been there lol

Heck if you're boosting go ahead and get arp head studs for safe measure
