Help! Limp Mode tripping!

Hey! Whats up? Need everyone's help. I ran at Mustang Nationals this past wkend in Bowling Green, Ky. Did the TrueStreet class. I noticed something I didn't see coming. I have a LOT of mods to my 01 V6 Mustang. One of which is a Precision 2800 Stall Converter. And I couldn't stall it up past 1500revs because the limp mod would trip. Wondering whats going on?

Do I need a good, solid, complete trans flush? Larger trans cooler? Does the limp mode need to be deleted in the ECU?

What more can I do to utilize my converter more? what needs to be modded? changed? serviced?

Very eager to hear what guys have to share and your two cents.
