Regular 5w20, 5w30, 10w20, 10w30, 10w40. Really doesn't matter as long as it is changed on time.

Seriously? It's a pushrod v6 with 100k miles. It really doesn't make a difference.

Not being an ***, you'll know when I'm doing that. Just saying your copy paste does not apply. I ran the cheapest oil I could find in my V6 and changed it every 5k. Car is still going strong at over 200k. I swap between 10w30 and 10w40 on my Focus depending on which is cheaper in bulk.
