Is there a way around this or will i need to fab up a spacer for it? I'm in the middle of my 4.2 swap. I've got my old 3.8 tore down and waiting to find parts or a hole 4.2 engine. I've found a few but all 200,000 plus miles.
You need to get the egr bracket off the windstar it makes it sit lower
If you plan on keeping iac on top of intake instead of relocating you need to swap the mustangs tb guts into the windstar tb so it'll open the right way or get an adapter plate that allows you to use a mustang tb. If you're relocating just use the mustangs and grind the top down on it for clearance and fill it in same with top of intake.
