V6 True Dual Exhaust

What is the best pipe to get to convert to true dual exhaust? H? X? Or something else?

X will give it that sound of like a bunch if marbles bouncing around in the pipes like a rasp and h is more of smooth sound

You will like the prochamber more. Once you hear it in person you'll wonder why you wasted money on anything else.

I've heard many different V6 exhausts and prochamber wins over everything. You will not be disappointed

Is may sound mean, but it still doesn't compare. Nothing is even in the ballpark when it comes to the 3.8.

Its cammed, and quite modified, at idle. I still maintain that you could make it sound better with the prochamber. That aside I'd would be interested if you would post a video of the car under load through the rpm range.

H or Prochamber will definitely give you the deeper tone. However, it's important to keep a 2 chamber styled muffler, too. Even with a Prochamber, you'll have a very raspy exhaust tone with a bullet muffler or single chamber.

That's just my preference though. Everyone has their own opinion on what sounds best. If you can, meet up with another member to hear their exhaust setup first hand!

Thank you! The gt bumper is a must for a decent looking dual exhaust on a sixxer. I hate my chrome tips. I have to polish them constantly. I am replacing them with stainless steel angled double wall tips similar to the ones on the newer corvettes.

I bought a gt bumper for $60 off Craigslist. Same color as my car even! Matches perfectly. I like having my bumper say mustang. Just seems right lol. I really like the shaved in your color though

Thanks! I prefer a sleeker clean look overall. Thats why I pulled the decals off and did the shaved bumper and had the spoiler removed and the holes filled.
