Couple things, the flasher relay under dash (it was a yellow box above the OBD2 port on my car) it's about $6. I had a problem with a wire coming out of my harness to the blinker switch, easy to check just need a 8mm to remove the two plates below the steering wheel and a Philips screw driver to remove the column cover, make sure all the wires are pushed in and making full contact. If neither works, the switch itself is most likely going bad, you can either get one from a junkyard or the parts store can order one (AM has one but it's a little more costly than a normal parts store last I saw).
