Electric Fan

Has anyone ever put an electric fan on a base 1995 with a 3.8? I was wondering what fan to use and how hard it would be to wire in.

The 99 has a electric fan. A new radiator is $65 on Ebay. The radiator will fit your year and connect to a factory fan. The wiring is simple. A power and a ground. connect the power wire to a uncontinous power.

Why the new radiator, so the fan will fit?

I am very sad to say I got confused with Forums, my F150 does not have an electric fan. Thanks you guys for not calling me bad names. My 1995 also came stock with an electric fan. Can you see how red my face is?

Beside the capital letter "A" on the top line under "Message" click on the down arrow and it will let you change to lots of colors. You can change the font and size too. Just mouse the down arrow beside each. Glad to help where and when I can!

Didn't the base f150 use a 4.9 inline 6. They used a 4.2 in 97-08 though.

I was wondering about this post lol. BTW, the 3.8 electric fan has kept my 1998 z71 cool as well as my 5.0 fox body. Great fans for the money
