Turbo on 3.8

Could I put on a universal turbo kit on my 3.8 auto ??

Stock internals are good for 350-400rwhp DD car if its tuned right

if it's just a cheap kit for the tubing I don't see why not, if it's on a stock engine cheap tubing will probably hold the same amount of boost the engine could.
