99 Mustang Manifold question

I have a 99 Mustang that has a cracked right manifold. The mechanic I was referred to says that there is a tube that is connecting both the manifolds. I called a Ford dealer and they said it was an EGR tube. The mechanic told me that there is another tube that connects the from one manifold to the other. Called the dealership back and they told me the only tube is the EGR tube. What other tube could this mechanic be talking about? Need to get it fixed.

Egr only connects to driverside if I remember correctly. No other crossover tube or anything.

The cause of the issue is a/c dripping on the hot manifold. Easiest and cheapest fix is to pick up a pair of manifolds from a 94-98 car at the junkyard. They are shorty headers and a great upgrade.
