Need answers asap

So my cars going to a muffler shop soon and I think I want an h pipe with flowmaster super 44s any suggestions? Ours cars have 4 cats right? My dad won't let me get catless so I'm hoping I can cut the back to off only leaving me with 2 cats. Will this work?

ZangStang02,

If you're purchasing an Hpipe, it will include or not include (catless) any catalytic converters in the system. So there's no need to cut anything. You simply need to purchase an Hpipe with high flow catalytic converters. Otherwise, you'll need the exhaust shop to produce a custom setup from the factory exhaust, which will probably cost more in labor.

Check out some of these dual exhaust conversion kits. They take all the guess work out of the process. They're guaranteed to fit too!

Hope this helps you out. Let me know if you have more questions!

Shane
