Question need some info on this problem

If my o2 sensors are going bad could I just unplug them

You could unplug them anytime you want lol. But you'll still have your check engine light on. You could turn it off with a scanner or tuner. There's also plug in adapters that'll turn it off.

My car is sputtering thinking is my o2 sensors

All 4 can be bad and all it will do is run rich. Take it to Auto Zone and get the codes.
